Level Up was born out of a simple but powerful mission—to give youth athletes what I wish I had growing up: a place that truly invests in their development, not just as athletes, but as people. I saw a gap in the way youth training was being done. Too often, kids are either being pushed into cookie-cutter programs that don’t fit their needs or have a hyper focus on skills training that is sport-specific opposed to developing them into well-rounded athletes.

I created Level Up because I believe athletes deserve more. They deserve coaching that’s intentional. They deserve training that’s built specifically for their age and their goals. And they deserve a culture that holds them accountable, pushes them to grow, and shows them what’s possible when they commit to themselves.

My vision for Level Up in Plymouth is to completely change the standard. This isn’t just a gym — it’s a mindset shift. We’re creating an environment where hard work becomes fun, discipline becomes exciting, and success becomes contagious. I want every athlete who walks through these doors to not just get better at their sport, but to leave here stronger, faster, more confident, and prepared for whatever challenges life throws their way — on and off the field.
